interracial, and intercultural congregation where we Worship God freely, without being hindered by
denominational, racial, and or cultural differences.

the Word of God. A house into which the spirit of religion, phariseism, the spirit of Saúl, and
the Jezabel spirit are vehemently denied access.
- The "Arise Restoration Center" is a "HOSPITAL" specialized in "Spiritual Medicine"
(RESTORATION), made available to persons whom have been battered, beaten, mistreated,
scornned, rejected, stepped on, trampled, looked down on, excluded, and seriously wounded
be it by life or by some religeous spirit that may have violated then causing them grievous
loses and delays in their personal relationship with God, and thus in their spiritual growth and
development.
- At "Arise Restoration Center" we have been blessed with a "Medical Staff" whom with
pure and sincere hearts reach out with friendly and compassionate hands. Expert hands in

Our VISION is to proclaim the
message of restoration, love,
forgivemess and of the power of our
Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to our
family, our friends and neighbors, and
our fellowman, thus reaching and
leaving a mark on our community, our
city, our state, our nation, and all other
nations of the earth, for Christ. .
Jesus always took interest in the
well-being of the people. For this
reason, understanding that there is so
much need around us; spiritual,
physical, as well as material, and
knowing that our Lord Jesus Christ is

victorious living, we, humbly put
ouselfs at God's service as "ministers
of reconciliation.

for Christ and to restore those that at
one time were part of the body of
Christ (the church) back to fellowship
with God.
CDRL is a ministry based on teaching
the unadulterated Word of God. Our

What we Believe:
1. The Scriptures, both Old & New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God,
without error in the original writings, the complete revelation of His will for the salvation
of men, and the Divine and final authority for all Christian faith and life
2. In one God, Creator of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally existing in three
persons, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
3. That Jesus is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Ghost and
born of the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross a sacrifice for our sins, according to the
Scriptures. Further, He arose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, where at
the right hand of the Majesty on High, He now is our High Priest and Advocate.
4. That the ministry of the Holy Spirit is to glorify the Lord Jesus Christ, and during this
age to convict men, regenerate the believing sinner, indwell, guide, instruct, and
empower the believer for godly living and service.
5. That man was created in the image of God but fell into sin and is therefore lost and
only through regeneration by the Holy Spirit can salvation and spiritual life be
obtained.
6. That the shed blood of Jesus Christ and His resurrection provide the only ground
for justification and salvation for all who believe, and only such as receive Jesus Christ
are born of the Holy Spirit, and thus become children of God.
7. That water baptism and the Lord's Supper are ordinances to be observed by the
Church during the present age. They are, however, not to be regarded as means of
salvation.
8. That the true Church is composed of all such persons who through saving faith in
Jesus Christ have been regenerated by the Holy Spirit and are united together in the
body of Christ of which He is the head.
9. That only those who are thus members of the true Church shall be eligible for
membership in the local church.
10. That Jesus Christ is the Lord and Head of the Church, and every local church has
the right under Christ to decide and govern its own affairs.
11. In the personal and premillennial and imminent coming of our Lord Jesus Christ
and that this "Blessed Hope" has a vital bearing on the personal life and service of the
believer.
12. In the bodily resurrection of the dead; of the believer to everlasting blessedness
and joy with the Lord, of the unbeliever to judgement and everlasting conscious
punishment.

- The Holy Bible is inspired by the Holy Spirit and is the only complete record of
God’s will for man on earth. It is understandable by the common man by simply
reading it - Contained in the pages of the New Testament is a complete record of the first
century church. This is the church that Jesus Christ shed his blood for, the
Apostles preached about and the early Christians were members of. Wouldn’t
you like to learn more about this church that was established in 33 A.D.? - We feel that the solution to the vast religious division is for the Bible to be the
only source of religious authority for worship, doctrine & morality. We believe
that human creeds, catechisms & statements of faith cause religious division
because they compete with the authority of the Bible and cloud people’s ability
to clearly see what the Bible actually says. Churches are not divided over what
is in the Bible, but what is not in the Bible. - Jesus likened the Bible to seed in the parable of the sower. We believe that if
anyone plants the pure seed of the word of God, that it will produce exactly the
same first century church every time. - We are determined to be simply Christians. We have no ambition to be
anything more and we cannot be content to be anything less. For this reason,
we are not interested in man-made church doctrines but only in the New
Testament blueprint. With the Bible as our only guide, we seek to find what that
original church was like and restore it exactly.
Our way of life:
- The Bible contains a complete blueprint or pattern for how we should live our
lives. - Many think the Bible is an outdated book unable to provide answers for today’s
modern world. Yet within the Bible there is a wealth of timeless information on
every vital subject for personal happiness. The basic needs of men have not
changed. - Learning from the example of the life of Jesus. Asking questions about the
purpose of life and finding answers. Applying the Bible to our lives. - God’s word is Bible medicine for hurting homes in a wicked world.
Our doctrine:
- We are trying to speak where the Bible speaks and to be silent where the Bible
is silent, and to call Bible things by Bible names, and to do Bible things in Bible
ways. Tit 2:1; 1 Corinthians 4:6; 2 John 9 - In essentials, we maintain unity. In opinions, liberty. And in all things, love.
- We are truly a non-denominational church that has no written standard of
doctrinal authority other than the Bible.
Our worship:
- Our assembled worship procedures are simple, spiritual and orderly, keynoted
by the words of Jesus, who said, "true worshippers shall worship in spirit and in
truth." Jn 4:23. Each element of worship finds its origin in the commands and
examples found in the Bible. - Emphasizes the spiritual over the social.
- Engages in fascinating midweek Bible studies instead of merely having a social
hour. - We praise our divine savior Jesus Christ our Lord.
Our organization:
- We are an independent non-denominational, self-governing local church who
earnestly desires to follow our divine savior Jesus Christ. - Although we have no organization larger than the local church with no world
headquarters, we have sister congregations in other parts of the world. - There is no man or group of men, who legislate doctrine for the church. We
have no one to answer to but Christ. He is the head of the church which leaves
no room for any human head. We do have a body of men who oversee the
local congregation called "elders or bishops or shepherds". These three terms
are synonymous and refer to a single office in each local church. - As was true in the first century, so also there is no inter-congregational
organization, but rather independent congregations in different locations with
Christ as Lord and Master. Our local churches are organized autonomously. - Whereas denominations have a human creed or catechism to enforce unity,
our unifying force is that each congregation uses the Bible alone without
creeds. - The church of the first century had no denominational name, neither do we.
However, because the New Testament described the assemblies of Christians
as "the church" Ephesians 1:22; "the churches of Christ" Romans 16:16; "the
church of God" Acts 20:28 and many other descriptions, our "name on the
sign" will always be one that is Bible related, but never denominational.
